This policy explains how Yo Hablo Inglés handles the information of people who visit www.yohabloingles.edu.co. It complements our Personal data processing policy.

  • What you give us: the data you write in our contact and enrollment forms.
  • What is generated while browsing: anonymous or aggregated technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.

This website may use audience measurement tools (for example Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

4. Third-party services

  • Form processing: messages are delivered to our inbox through an external form-sending service.
  • Map: the location of our office is displayed with Google Maps.
  • WhatsApp: when you message us on WhatsApp, that platform's policies also apply.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Minors

When the student is a minor, registration must be completed by their parent or legal guardian, who authorizes the processing of the data.
